Chi-Do Chi Kung Therapy This course is the culmination of
52 years of practice, study and teaching. Beginners Chi Healing Induction Syllabus Each class will carry class notes and
you will be encouraged to make your own notes.
1 What is the energy, where
does it come from and why does it affect our bodies. How to feel it, how to gather it. In this class we
will look at the Chi-Do Chi Kung Five Elementals Form with visualisation methods to open the mind.
2 We will
look at the way in which the mind affects the body. How energy is used to regulate the functions and to
some extent, the senses.
3 Basic construction of the body, how it works, what it needs. 4
The Chakras or principle energy centres and the systemic controls.
5 How to recognise symptoms, how stress
affects our bodies. 6 Basic relaxation techniques and breathing. How
to teach the methods and the cautions to be observed. Discussion and questions.
7 Use
of acupressure and the effects of altering the energy flow in the body.
8 Auriculo therapy
with pressure points. How does this work and why should you have awareness of it. 9
The lymphatic and endocrine systems. What are they, what do they do and why is it necessary to be aware of the functions.
10. Chi Do Chi Kung Massage therapy. Basic introduction with fully clothed demonstrations
and practice.
11 Meditation and awareness. The different methods of visualisation, sensation
and auto suggestion. 12 Crystals, reflexology, Shiatsu etc. How do they use Chi for benefit.
13 The psychology of healing, lifestyle and circumstances which affect health.
14 The use of books,
how to get the best from them and use of the Chi Clinic library.
15 Practice time and questions. How to deal
with the person in need and the implications. 16 How far can you go. What is the
role of ‘Spirit’ and channelling, symbols and other devices. What is the place of conscience
and responsibility.
17 The healing circle and distance healing.
18 Practice and use of colours.
19 Practical and questions.
20 In this class we will invite others to receive healing and perhaps,
other experienced healers.
Cost £8 per class. Now that we have started, it is pay as you
go. There are 16 students on the course.
Start ...Each Thursday evening 8 pm sharp.
Please arrive at 7.45.
This is an intensive course. It is important to attend each class as far as
possible

treatments and techniques are holistic and complementary. Medical treatments and advice from a doctor must not be discontinued.
This is the Foundation Course and is worth 40 points towards your CPD.
