The Chi Clinic Chi-Kung Class

Advanced students notes. 9th June 2002

These notes are to follow the short explanation that was given at the Thursday class last week.

All that can be perceived is composed of energy. That energy is constantly in movement and realigns according to positive and negative principles that are kept in balance. This is the Yin and Yang equation. All energy has two opposing forces. That of electricity and of magnetism.

The whole universe is presently in a state of re-alignment and all over the World, Masters are educating their students to raise the awareness in order to counter balance negative shifts. It is critical at this time to reinforce the concept of Love of all Being in the 5th level to oppose the incursion of 6th level negativity.

Please forgive my somewhat humble attempt to explain what has no language, no form and no wish to be comprehended. The exercise is a state of mind. It affects the whole Soul of the individual and the Cosmos.

It has been described in many ways that man has seven levels of awareness. That is so, but the highest levels are without form and thus the ascension from the 1st to the 10th is within the concept of Man only when the stages have been comprehended.

Imagine that this existence is a building with 10 levels. On each floor, the awareness is in 3d for those on that level.

However, the 1st cannot exist in comprehension and is only apparent in visualisation. It is like looking at the edge of a pane of glass. You cannot see how deep it is, how wide it is nor whether it has form.

This is Centre. If you can see Centre, you have not found it. You can only be Centre. Hence, in the instruction of Chi Kung, one is taught to find it by the exercises and visualisation. This is the big Beginning of All Things. It is the Pythagorean concept of the Golden Circle. From No-thing is created all.

All of us are born of the 10th level, outside of Space and Time within the Creation. All are the children of God the Creator and all are equal. All have the same rights and opportunities.

The purpose of this existence is to be able to experience Life as a corporeal being and to experience all of the states of awareness, sensation and to be able to apply all the knowledge that is inborn.

Thus the existence is a circle. We start at the highest level and progress the states as an education by starting at the bottom. Einstein and others throughout history have described time as linear circular. The single line is the Law of Opposites. All starts from one point and progresses for eternity to meet again. The symbols are often found in antiquity as a snake with it’s tail in its mouth. Please read Dr A.S. Raleigh, Hermetic Sciences and Occult Geometry for a far better explanation. Each level is jumped at right angles to the previous.

Why create this in the first place?

Can you imagine a more boring existence than sitting on a cloud playing a harp all day for all eternity. If you have all power, it is futile unless it is exercised and enhanced experientially. If all those around you exist only as energy, when all are totally at One with all, then there is no comparison to be made and no progression of the awareness. Where there is no evolution, there is stagnation and corruption.

Thus, the first level has no form.

The second opposes the first at right angles to give breadth.

The third has depth, breadth, height and time.

The fourth has depth, breadth, height and is outside the constraints of time.

The fifth is where the comprehension of multi-dimensional existence embeds as Knowledge rather than learning.

The sixth is approaching the pure energy state where one may leap levels at will and have experience of all. Here the entities are not fully aware of all things.

The seventh and upper level of the existence of man is where there is a total knowledge that there is no difference, that all exists with equality and unity. It is a state of purity of Mind, Spirit and Soul not dependant upon the corporeal. It is the Buddahood, Enlightenment and so forth.

The eighth level is pure energy. At this level comes the complete understanding of how, why and comprehension.

The ninth level is where one becomes so aware of this state that you become pure energy, with the ability to jump levels at will. The Yi or thought is pure energy and to become sentient with the energy is to become One with All being. Here is the acknowledgement of the overall blueprint and physics of the Oneness, to become pure thought and to have awareness of all things within the other levels.

The tenth level is to stand on the roof of the building and look into the Creation. To see all of Being as one small mass three hundred million light years away and then turn round. That’s when it all gets very interesting indeed..

Now, the stages of ascension through the levels in meditative state may be done with visualisation. ALWAYS hold in your mind that if you wish to return, breathe in deeply and hold it for 2 seconds. This holds your mind to the body and you can find it from wherever you are. Otherwise, set an alarm clock.

Do not meditate if under the influence of drugs or medication of any sort. Alcohol is absolutely forbidden and if you have a heart tremor or otherwise, do not meditate alone beyond the first two levels.

1. Mokosu. The Centre, direction of the mind to no-thing.

2. The scene is set with a grassy hill, woods to the right, mountains in the distance and a stream in the valley. here you can fly and be free. THIS STATE IS INCOMPLETE as there is no threat, no negativity and is therefore only 2d.

3. Cross the footbridge and enter the portal. Some see this as a cave opening, others as a pillared gateway and others as a door opening. Here it is a grey mist. As you progress through the portal towards the light of the next, you may see forms appearing in the general shape of humans. This is your mind trying to comprehend the first encounter with inter-dimensional beings that may have travelled from the upper planes but have not encountered humans before. You are in their world but have every right to be there. They will approach and ask in your mind ‘How do you communicate?’. Answer with Love, be love, be kindness and compassion and the reply you get will be that. If it is not, that is simply because that particular energy has met a human form that was afraid or angry. Still respond with Love and educate the energy that is what YOU are. In the Chi Kung, this is found at ‘Gather to Heart Chakra‘.

4. Beyond this and through the next portal, the mist clears as though the clouds disappear on a clear night and you can see the stars. Here you can travel anywhere. You may travel to any planet and cover vast distances in an instant. In the Chi Kung this is found at ‘Raise one hand‘.

5. Having done this level there comes a realisation that in fact time does not exist at all. Here you may go at will anywhere in the levels below and relish and enjoy the experience. Here you may influence for Good all humanity. Here you will experience deep awareness of the Creator and the wonderment of this creation. Here is true joy and heartfelt bliss like nothing else which you have ever experienced. This is found in the Chi Kung at ‘Fisherman gazes at the Moon‘. This level is Blue and is the ultimate barrier to protect all the levels below.

6. At this level you are approaching the extremes of comprehension and nearing the highest state of the seven stages of ascension of man. Those beings who are here are pure energy. They are aware of the lower levels but have no physical experience of them or the consequences of altering the status quo. Here the entities are playful and interfering on occasions. The 5th level HAS to be protected from this. The interference by some is causing mayhem at present and the shift has allowed some elementals to try to control the stages below without knowledge. The result is a negative shift leading to conflict. Others at this level are aware of the consequences and are trying to uphold the status quo and reinforce the stages below. This is the schism of which I speak. At this time, now, a human has a duty and a right to protect and assist in the protection of this realm. Be resolute and strong for that is what I have taught you.

7. Beyond the sixth is a growing awareness of responsibility, getting to know the power of the Chi and how to use it for ultimate good of all at any level. This is the White Light. Pure and unsullied. This is the so called limit of Man.

8. This level is pure energy only. Here you do not need a body at all. Here you have learned that with all power comes all responsibility. Here you will have learned Duty at the cost of your corporeal existence. Here you will experience the whole weight of what you have done before, what you will do and what is your motivation for existence on any level.

9. Here you will have learned enough to transcend from this existence and be ready to demand your right to re-enter any level for the purpose of learning more.

10. Now it all starts again. This time the ball game changes. It is vast and beyond all comprehension of immensity. It is all powerful and creates at Will all things.

Chi Kung is most certainly NOT a religion. The practices are to bring you to your rightful place in this all existence with suitable preparation and direction for that to happen. Chi Kung is life itself.
