This is an extremely emotive subject and one that is explored with students and patients alike as appropriate.  You may well find comparables with your own lifestyle or of those close to you.  It is vital to seek competent assistance with the resolution of each individual case.   Very graphic and realistic scenarios are conducted in the martial arts classes in particular.

If you are in this situation, you may well need a lot of professional help and training to get out of it and not make matters worse.
