The Chi Clinic & Lee Tai Chi Centre enjoyed our 6th
Anniversary of WTCQD on the best day of the year for weather. Glorious sunshine all day. It was wonderful
to see about 100 Tai Chi friends, old and new.
We had a mass warm up, qigong and joined for the Healing Circle
to send the wish of Healing Worldwide. We then took part in the 24 Forms en-mass before splitting into groups to
practice different forms of Tai Chi & Qigong .
Some of our advanced students and instructors
gave a beautiful display of 32 Sword Form, display of Taiji Kung Fu Fan and some martial arts applications
with James, a Chi-Do Martial Art student. A great day was had by all and we look forward to another year of practice
and enjoyment. This day has become a focal point in our year as a place of recognition of personal growth and development.
